In their blog post telling us all about their character reset plans for the Destiny sequel, Bungie also released details about the final live event for the original Destiny. "Age of Triumph" will be the name of it, and we'll be getting it next at the end of March with a full reveal planned for next Wednesday.

Direct from the post, Bungie expects "Age of Triumph" to "be a fun and memorable celebration that will bring the first major chapter of our Destiny adventures to a fitting close. We'll look back upon the three incredible years we've shared as a community, and look ahead to some final challenges and rewards that await you in the weeks ahead."

And Bungie will be rolling out a series of livestream events on Twitch to show us all about "Age of Triumph." The full reveal is set for next Wednesday, March 8th at 10am PST, with the weekly rituals and sandbox update spotlights coming the following two Wednesdays (the 15th and 22nd respectively).

Those spotlights will include members of the dev team, "the post reads We'll be reintroducing you to some members of the Live Team, and they'll be showing you the content and activity updates that they've been working on."

The full post from Bungie is here, while our coverage of the sequel news is here. And before we say goodbye to Destiny, the awesome concept art that Bungie revealed on IGN last month is here.
