Marvel To Republish King, Walta And Bellaire's The Vision As Two-Issue "Director's Cuts"

vision1It was the most critically well-received Marvel comic book of recent years and saw its writer Tom King snatched away as an exclusive writer on Batman by DC Comics.

So Marvel is to republish the 12 issue The Vision series in a new format. Vision: Director's Cuts, the first of which will be published in June, will collect two issues of the series in each of the six issues, plus bonus material.

I know I called The Vision "Marvel's Watchmen". Well, it looks like Marvel will be following suit to DC's policy of printing Watchmen in as many different versions as possible, now that the writer is no longer working for them…
