An Evening Spent In London With Fox's New X-Men TV Show, Legion, At The Mutant Lounge

Last night, I went to the Century Club on Shaftesbury Avenue, an old haunting ground when I worked in advertising, for a thematic promotional evening for the new TV series Legion, called The Mutant Lounge. The show debuts on FX in the US tonight and on Fox UK in the UK tomorrow night.

The night was a mixture of mutant-themed drinks being served by a mixture of magicians and performers, intended to freak out the audience, with recreated scenes from the TV show, virtual reality sets, and even a few comic books.

Amid a mix of press, and Fox folk testing the night out, we bumped into Jonathan Ross, hung out with vlogger Faust, I also got chatting to someone senior at Fox UK and got the idea that after the first two X-Men TV shows, there are plenty more to come.

Here's @mewossy's mutant abilities in action:

Bleeding Cool's Eliot Cole partied the night away while I made my excuses a little early. But they'll be doing it all again tonight for the general public…
