Tommy Lee Edwards' NC Comicon Goes Twice-Yearly

The North Carolina comic convention NC Comicon co-owned by comics artist Tommy Lee Edwards and Ultimate Comics store owner Alan Gill is splitting in two for 2017 and beyond,.

As previously announced, the show will kick off with NC Comicon: Oak City at the Raleigh Convention Center on March 18-19. Publisher IDW will lead the show, which will feature panels, workshops, and other events with IDW creators and properties like Teenage Mutant
Ninja Turtles, G.I. Joe, My Little Pony, and more.

And then later in the year, the Durham Convention center will be home to NC Comicon: Bull City on the weekend of November 10-12, with further details to be announced in the coming months.
