DC is publishing the gorgeous Batman ’66 Meets Wonder Woman ’77 as a digital first, and they’re going up at $0.99 on Comixology, too (at least the first issue did).

Issue 2 (they’re calling them chapters) is going to be published in print on February the 22 2017, but I would expect the digital to be the last third of December.

Jeff Parker and Marc Andreyko‘s (David Hahn, Karl Kesel, Madpencil Studios on arts) jaunt down “memory lane” gets given a helping hand with that awesome cover by Michael Allred and Laura Allred. DC’s words on this ‘chapter’ go as follows:

After bonding with Talia al Ghul and escaping a dull party for grown-ups, Bruce is shocked to discover that not all adults are boring. Witness his first encounter with one of the greatest heroes the world has ever known: Wonder Woman!

Crave online got the online exclusive of the preview, and here’s the two images that they posted up:

About Eliot Cole

When I say that you should buy something, please understand I say that in full knowledge that the prices of comics are just flat out wrong. I'm talking to the select few with enough disposable income to actually pay $3.99 for ~20 pages, often less.

Anyway, me? I'm a generally affable chap, happy to shoot it over a pint of proper beer (that's ale to some), I read basically anything, but I've found I'm now finally learning to love the small press / self-published scene a little more, even though I'm a relative newcomer to it (10y).
