When Psylocke transformed into her current East Asian physical form, she gained a new ability, a psychic knife, her telepathic powers exhibiting themselves a hand-based weapon that would fry someone's brain if it was inserted within.

And Chris Claremont gave it a phrase, the "focused totality of her psychic powers."
