Six More Confirmed For The Defenders
The twitter account for Marvel's The Defenders has been busy letting folks know which Netflix universe characters will be appearing. They have now confirmed Carrie-Anne Moss returning as Jeri Hogarth, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Eka Darville as Malcolm Ducasse, Rachael Taylor as Trish Walker, Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple and Scott Glenn as Stick.
We learned earlier this week that Deborah Ann Woll will be in it as Karen Page and Simone Missick will be Misty Knight once again. The series will star Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock / Daredevil, Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones, Mike Colter as Luke Cage and Finn Jones as Danny Rand / Iron Fist. We also know that Sigourney Weaver will be playing an unnamed villain.
I would expect the cast list to grow, possibly adding folks like Elodie Yung as Elektra Natchios, Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing or even Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle / The Punisher… I think the last one is the long shot of the three.
