17 Years On, Eduardo Risso To Draw… Torpedo!

14724443_1509564422404030_7179357754635853198_nEduardo Risso, best known in the USA for his work on 100 Bullets with Brian Azzarello, and currently drawing Moonshine from Image Comics, has already signed up to his next gig.

He will draw the new comic book album for Torpedo, to be published seventeen years after the last. It will be titled About The Dead Sea.

Torpedo, first published in 1982, tells the stories of hitman Luca Torelli and his sidekick Rascal, in the midst of New York City's organised crime families during the 1920s.

Eduardo Risso will take over from Jordi Bernet on art, and the book will continue to be written by its co-creator Enrique Sánchez Abulí . This seventeenth album will be published first by Panini Spain.

The previous stories were translated and collected by IDW in the USA, so odds are they will do the same here.
