Gal Gadot To Meet Lynda Carter For The First Time Today, At The United Nations

Today, as part of celebrations for Wonder Woman's 75th year, the DC superhero will be named an honorary ambassador for the empowerment of women and girls at an event at the United Nations headquarters in New York.

The movie version of Wonder Woman is played by Gal Gadot and she will meet Lynda Carter who played the character in the seventies TV show, at the event. This will be the first time the two Wonder Woman actresses meet in person, something Gadot mentioned this on Jimmy Kimmel's show the other night.

U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, DC Entertainment President Diane Nelson and other special guests are also scheduled to be there.
