I've been doing a lot of house hunting lately, and though I haven't had any luck, I definitely haven't had an experience like Jemma Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) has in this new clip from Marvel's Agents of SHIELD. Sometimes when things seem too good to be true, it's because they are.

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD airs Tuesdays at 10 PM on ABC.
