Speculators Corner: Darth Vader #3, The First Appearance Of Doctor Aphra

The first appearance of Doctor Aphra, now getting her own ongoing Star Wars series, as well as her compatriots O-O-O and BT-8.

The comic already went to a third printing and is also getting reprinted for Diamond's Halloween ComicFest, to be given out for free – though at least one store is happy to sell dozens for $2 each.

Well, a 9.8 CGC signed copy of Darth Vader #3 just sold for $110. The 1:25 variant has sold for $75 raw. The standard cover, raw, is selling easily for $15 in first and second prints. The third prints are next. All copies for anything under are being stripped off eBay

And if you want to keep an eye on Darth Vader #1, it has the first appearance of wookie bounty hunter Black Krrsantan who appears to be joining them…
