The Justice League Stands Against The Dakota Access Pipeline

In a video posted by Change.org, Justice League castmembers Ben Affleck, Ray Fisher, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, and Ezra Miller declare their opposition to the Dakota Access Pipeline:

Construction of the oil pipeline — intended to bring crude oil to processing facilities in the Gulf Coast — runs through Native American sacred sites in North Dakota. Protests over the digging led to a violent conflict over the weekend with Dakota Access, the company building the pipeline, accusing protestors of attacking guard dogs while the protesters themselves accuse Dakota Access of unleashing the dogs on children.

According to Reuters, the construction has been halted until Friday, the same day U.S. Judge James Boasberg is expected to declare his ruling on the Standing Rock Sioux tribe’s challenge against the pipeline.
