Scott Lobdell Brings Together Xena And The Army Of Darkness At San Diego

Uncanny X-Men and Red Hood and the Outlaws writer Scott Lobdell and Harley Quinn artist Elliot Fernandez have been tapped by Dynamite to bring together two popular franchises. This October the publisher is offering up Army of Darkness / Xena Warrior Princess : Forever… and a Day.

It's an interesting pairing, Xena and Ash Williams. She is a strong-willed, self-reliant warrior, but when her thousand strong army falls to an ancient evil, she needs to call on the time traveling, wise ass with a boomstick. The first issue includes covers by Reilly Brown, series artist Eliot Fernandez, David Robinson, and Michael Adams.

Army of Darkness / Xena, Warrior Princess: Forever… and a Day #1 will be solicited in the August 2016 Previews catalog and slated for release in October.
