Flashpoint Will Affect Arrow In New Season
One of the questions that fans have this summer is just how much of Arrow will be affected by the Flashpoint storyline going on over on The Flash. According to star Stephen Amell the answer is majorly.
The People's Choice Awards tweeted out a quote from Amell from Heroes And Villains con today when the actor was specifically asked if Flashpoint will affect Arrow, he says "Sure", when asked "Majorly?" he says "You bet."
That's not exactly spoiler level hints but just acknowledging that there will be an effect means that the status quo we saw at the end of season four may not continue on for long into season five. I mean one minor change to the time line and Pied Piper is now an ally to Team Flash. So what will the world look like when the season starts is the first question and then what will it look like once things are "undone"… if they are "undone"… what will be the lasting effects going forward.
Could you imagine a season starting where Robert Queen is suddenly the Green Arrow? And Barry Allen has to turn to him for help to get his powers back? That would sure change things up.
