John Constantine Gets New "Created By" Credits In Final Issue?

The final issue of Constantine: The Hellblazer #13, before the DC Rebirth relaunch, adds something new to the comic,

A "created by" listing for the character, crediting Alan Moore, Steve Bissette, John Totleben and Jamie Delano & John Ridgeway.

That includes both the original creative team for Saga Of The Swamp Thing #37 where he first appeared, and for the creative team of the first issue of Hellblazer.

It's a rarity for a DC creative credit for a character to recognise development as well as original creation. A sign of things to come?
