Smuggler’s Bounty Review: Funko Makes Subscription Boxes Worth The Money

When I received my last Funko box, Marvel Collector Corps: Captain America Civil War, I was incredibly impressed by the set of POP! Vinyl’s included. However, out of all the Funko subscription boxes, Smuggler’s Bounty is by far my favorite. Yes, that’s completely because of my love of Star Wars. Because the POP! Vinyl game had been stepped up so much, I was eager to see what the Bounty Hunter box would include.

Once again we received not one, but two collectibles. Boba Fett and IG-88, a great Empire Strikes Back combination. Upon first looking at Boba, I was disappointed…from a distance it looked like a normal figure. Then I looked closer and saw the detail.

Like I’ve said before, Funko continues to step up their game with POP! Vinyl designs. With that came a t-shirt covered in Bounty Hunters and the usual pin and patch. Overall, I’m thrilled. Getting your moneys worth while still receiving exciting collectibles is what subscription boxes are all about. Funko knows how to do it right.

So what’s the next box? It’s all about Jabba…

What else? Funko wants to know what movie they should cover next! Complete the poll here, and be sure to sign up for your own subscription box today.
