A Royal Visit To The Set Of Star Wars: Episode VIII
It's true…everyone wants a chance to visit the set of Star Wars, and it looks like royalty got to make their way there. The Duke of Cambridge and his brother, Prince Harry, recently got a chance to visit the set of Star Wars: Episode VIII at Pinewood Studios outside of London. Spending time with Daisy Ridley (Rey), John Boyega (Finn), Mark Hamill (Luke), Chewbaca, and even BB-8.
While the two had a bit of a lightsaber fight, I'd say the highlight must have been this hug from Chewy…
…although, getting pilot advice from Luke Skywalker himself might take the cake.
Luckily there was time for a nice chat with BB-8 as well.
All in all, the pictures look great and you can view the rest of them here on Kensington Royal's Instagram. With so many looming questions in my head about what the next movie will entail, things like this hold me over just enough to get to the next royal/celebrity visit we get a sneak peak into.
Currently, Star Wars Episode VIII has a December 2017 release date. Still quite some time to go…
