Image To Republish Garth Ennis And Carlos Ezquerra's Rifle Brigade

Hitler's_Testicle_Rifle_Brigade_001Looks like another book has been extracted from the clutches of DC/Vertigo.

As well as Image Comics publishing the DC/Helix sci-fi series Bloody Mary by Garth Ennis and Carlos Ezquerra, they have also secured the rights to publish a collection of Garth Ennis and Carlos Ezquerra's war parody comics first published in 2000, Adventures Of The Rifle Brigade and its sequel Operation Bollock.

A scathing satire of simplistic World War II comic books, and a chance to be very silly indeed, the troop include ethnically-defined members who only say one phrase- or just play the bagpipes. It should sit will alongside The Pro, also published by Image…rifle3
