Prelim Sketch For First Deadpool Appearance Hits eBay

Somebody is selling the cover sketch for the first appearance of Deadpool. The prelim sketch for New Mutants #98 is up for auction on eBay with a buy it now price of $18,300.00. That's a pretty amazing price for the rough sketch and not the actual cover. I'd love to know how they came up with that price.

No one has bid on it yet, but there are 30 people watching it. Which mean there is either some interest in the piece…. or 30 different comic book new websites are keeping track of the story.

It seems Rob Liefeld would like to get this piece back. He tweeted about it the other day.
