DC Comics Fights Trademarks Over More Bat Stuff

We're having a fun time looking at some of the trademark challenges made by DC Comics to all manner of folk they believe may be stepping over the line wit their own trademark registrations.

One person in their signs is a Mr Stephen F. Chambers for registering the word "Backman" for physician services. Which might have been stretching things if he didn't use this logo.

Then there's Batboom Entertainment for disc jockey services. Mobile DJ services. In this.

Understandable, of course. Maybe you are feeling for the DC lawyers. Time to change all that! Because DC Comics are also trying to stop the naming of this…
