[WARNING: SPOILERS FOR SAGA #32 AHEAD!!]

It's happened. They're finally back together. From Image Comics Saga #32 written by Brian K. Vaughan, with art by Fiona Staples, brings us a reunited Marko and Alana. Joy to the world! I was sick of suffering, wondering if they'd ever be together again. Now that they are, things feel right again. Issue #32 follows the duo desperately searching for Hazel, hoping that she's still alive. The action that they encounter is intense, but together, they vow to not give up.

I enjoyed the pacing of the issue. Without giving too much away, I was looking forward to getting some of that passionate Alana and Marko dialogue that has existed since the beginning of the comic. However, the first half is focused on their mission. What we get is an entertaining set of scenes that will remind you of their power as a couple. Fiona Staples continues to illustrate beautiful landscapes for us to enjoy. That in combination with some of Hazel's prized narration provides us with a dynamite 32nd issue.

The later half of the issue is what really tugged at my heart strings. Vaughan knows just how to combine emotion with a realistic sense of humor. A couple characters that we haven't seen for a while appear at the end, leaving us with a Saga-riific cliffhanger. I wouldn't expect anything less from the creative team. This comic continues to be at the top of my favorite comics list, and I urge you to pick up Saga #32 at your local comic book store today.
