Marvel Has More Plans For 'Where Monsters Dwell' After Secret Wars

Where-Monsters-Dwell-1-Preview-4-edda7One of the Secret Wars spinoff comics from Marvel was Where Monsters Dwell, By Garth Ennis and Russ Braun, it was a story that had very little to do with the wider Battleworld, with an ex-war pilot landing his place in a strange land full of dinosaurs and savage warrior women.

It both revived the old Marvel title and the character of the Phantom Eagle, though portrayed as a pathetic un-manly specimen.

Well, along with the name Timely that was revived by the 1872 spinoff, Marvel have sought to register the trademark for Where Monsters Dwell for "Comic books; printed periodicals in the field of comic book stories and artwork"

But they did this on November 3rd after the series had concluded. Which may lead some to conclude that they have future plans for the title as well…
