At the Diamond Retailer Day at MCM London Expo this weekend, Marvel's Senior VP David Gabriel announced that Marvel were to publish a Doctor Strange Omnibus, a full colour reprint of the Doctor Strange comic books of Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.

Another big book will be a Star Wars Droids/Ewoks Omnibus reprinting the 8 Droids comics, 14 Ewoks comics plus the Ewoks annual from Marvel Comics in the eighties

At the bar,  IDWs Dirk Wood confessed that when he worked at Dark Horse back in the day, he pushed for a Droids / Ewoks reprint, but everyone told him it wouldn't sell.

Will Marvel have better luck? Marvel are also publishing a Star Wars Phantom Menace graphic novel, though whether or not its the Dark Horse original by Henry Gilroy, Rodolfo Damaggio and Al Williamson wasn't made clear,

And back to the big books, Marvel are publishing a Stan Lee Vibranium Collection Anniversary Hardcover Treasury Collection in the manner of the over-oversized Wolverine Adamantium Collection, including classic Stan Lee comics from Fantastic Four #1 and Amazing Fantasy #15 up, for a $200 price tag.
