Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Gets A Very Serious Story Trailer
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare's story, while certainly playing with serious themes and dramatic story beats, always had an air of fun about it. It was bright colours, fast running and aerial parkour most of the time.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is something else entirely from what I've seen. Treyarch seem to be aiming for a very gruff and poe-face feeling for the whole thing. This new story trailer confirms that tone and then some. This time round, the campaign will be about implanting soldiers with digital weaponry and AR awareness to make them into killing machines. As you might guess, it looks like that doesn't go so great. It also seems there is going to be quite a few trippy sequences here.
