Joe Madureira Shows Process Art For Battle Chasers: Nightwar

Joe Madureira shared this art work last night on his facebook page.

A glimpse into the concept creation for everyone's favorite Wargolem, Calibretto. As you can see, things start out VERY rough. That's because I want to just get the shapes and masses, and an overall feel or 'gesture' before I get too concerned with the drawing. Sometimes if I draw something too tightly early on, I'll resist changing it, even if it's hurting the design. Hopefully I can touch on some of the changes I made to him for Nightwar, as well as a host of other characters soon. But for now, hope you enjoy these little glimpses! Thanks so much for supporting this project! And if you haven't yet, take a look at our Kickstarter page for recent updates! Thank you!

It's part of his Battle Chasers: Nightwar kickstarter.
