First Shot Of Doctor Light From Flash Season 2?

We have what looks to be the first image of Doctor Kimiyo Hoshi or Doctor Light. The long black leather trench coat with this white trim gives the idea of Doctor Light, but with only seeing it from behind it's just a guess. The rumor that the female version of Doctor Light was going to be on the series broke a few weeks back but no official casting announcement has been made. The images below were shot by a Canadian photographer who also caught a potential spoiler shot he posted later. You can check his twitter page if you want that one.

The Flash returns October 6th to the CW.
