Hawkeye #22 Has Been Finished For A Month

It's currently scheduled for July. But the very late Hawkeye #22 has, it seems, been ready for a while.

Though when asked about the delay,

So what's the hold up with the last issue of Hawkeye? Both Fraction and Aja have said that the issue is done on their ends. I know there's a lot more production involved with the book, but is it going to come out on the most recent date or not?

Marvel's Tom Brevoort said,

The hold-up is that people keep asking this question, and I've been pushing it back a month each time. So I think that puts us at…October now maybe?

November now I guess…
