Darksiders Creator Teases New Game Coming Soon – It Looks Darksidery

I've talked about my appreciation for the underloved Darksiders games in the past. I really do think it's a smart franchise, mixing God of War and Zelda to create something unique. That franchise has now gone off to be handled by Nordic Games following THQ's collapse, and with that creator Joe Madureira left the series to form Airship Syndicate.

Madureira has now teased the developer's first game with a picture that looks like it could be pulled straight from the Darksider's universe. It's just a sillohette of a weapon and scenery, but it is atmospheric as anything.

Madureira then added that we should be keeping an eye on the Airship Syndicate website over the next few days for an imminent announcement. I'll be doing just that.
