Larry Young And Charlie Adlard's Astronauts In Trouble Comes To Image In June

9780967684710It was the comic book that launched a publisher.

Astronauts In Trouble launched the graphic novel publisher AiT/Planet Lar, written by one of its founders Larry Young. And drawn by Charlie Adlard, who would also go on to do fun things too.

AiT/Planet Lar would also publish some of the earliest comics work of Brian Wood, Matt Fraction, non-fiction work by Warren Ellis, and plenty more. But Astronauts In Trouble was always in the publisher's own name.

And now it has a new publisher, Image Comics. Astronauts In Trouble #1 by Larry Young and Charlie Adlard will be published by Image Comics in June.

I hear that it will reprint the old series in chronological order with new covers by Adlard. The series will begin in 1959, contInue through "Live From The Moon" and then "One Shot One Beer" with "True Facts" as backmatter, updated.
