On the Arrow Faceebook page, they posted an interview with executive producer Marc Guggenheim where he talks about the transition Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy) has to go through to become the Black Canary and how she doesn't have anywhere near the training as the others which will lead her into some very tough situations.

Arrow airs Wednesday nights on the CW.
