Accidental Love stars Jessica Biel, James Marsden, Jake Gyllenhaal, Catherine Keener, Tracy Morgan and James Brolin and tells the story of what happens when a woman get a nail shot into her brain and her health insurance won't pay for it to be removed… doesn't that sound like a romantic comedy set up?
