Hoover, author of books for children and teens including Tut: The Story of My Immortal Life and Solstice. Hoover has just been named to the 2015 Lone Star List, an extremely influential list of books chosen by the Texas Library Association for middle grade readers. When not writing, the Austin-based author spends time with her husband and kids and enjoys practicing Kung Fu, solving Rubiks cubes, and watching Star Trek.
