Fantastic Four Movie Synopsis A Very Different Story
Recently Rotten Tomatoes posted a synopsis for the upcoming Fox reboot of the Fantastic Four by Josh Trank.
THE FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel's original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy. (C) Fox
No rocket ship? No gamma radiation? They get their powers from teleporting to an alternate reality? Do they revert back when returning? This was quite different than the story we all know and love so it was met with skepticism at it's veracity.
Now IGN has confirmed with Fox that the synopsis is accurate.
