The Future Of Reed Richards – Shaving Foam Runs Out

In last week's Avengers we learned of a significant split between Reed Richards and Susan Storm, indeed with the latter hunting down the former, in the Marvel universe eight months hence. And it didn't exactly seem an amorous hunt.

So where is Reed Richards Eight Months Later? Well, in today's New Avengers, also set in that time period with an Inhuman-seized Wakanda and a powerful Cabal doing what the Illuminati were unable to do, in order to keep this Earth in existence, we get a glimpse, not so much of where Reed Richard is, but what he has on his face.

Usually when Reed Richards grows a beard, its through over work, worry, or a future mad evil self…

It'd generally not a good thing. But maybe, just maybe, it cold simply be down to not having Susan around any more? Maybe she hates beards and this is his chance. Because the moment they get back together she'll just make his beard invisible again and then what's the point, you might as well just shave it off…

Time Runs Out? Beard Runs Out is more….Shaving form, razors and aftershave run out is more likely.
