Supernatural To Sing – 200th Episode To Be Meta And Musical
As Supernatural starts up it's 10th season, it's all heading for it's 200th episode. Accordoing to E-online, that episode (fifth of the new season) will be a bit different for the series. Following in the footsteps of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Grey's Anatomy and How I Met Your Mother, the anniversary episode will be musical-ish.
I say "ish" because the show's executive producer Jeremy Carver didn't come out and call it a musical. What he did say was, "We're going pretty meta. I would just describe it as something of a love letter to our fans and there will be songs."
He would not say if stars Jensen Ackles or Jared Padalecki would be singing, but he did say there would be more than one song, it would be a mix of covers and originals and there was potentially dancing.
Supernatural's 10th season premieres on Tuesday, Oct. 7 on the CW
