Justice League: Throne Of Atlantis Voice Cast

We got a sneak peek at how the characters would look recently from the DC Collectibles toys. Now, thanks to TVguide.com, we know how the characters in Justice League: Throne of Atlantis will sound. Here is the voice cast for the upcoming DC animated movie that continues the New 52 universe started in Justice League: War.

Aquaman – Matt Lanter (90210 and Star Wars: The Clone Wars)
Orm – Sam Witwer (Being Human and Star Wars: The Clone Wars)
Mera – Sumalee Montano (Beware The Batman)

And returning from Justice League: War
Batman – Jason O'Mara
The Flash – Christopher Gorham
Cyborg – Shemar Moore
Shazam – Sean Astin

And from previous DC Animation movies:
Superman – Jerry O'Connell
Wonder Woman – Rosario Dawson
Green Lantern – Nathan Fillion

The new movie will focus on Arthur Curry/Aquaman as he learns of his aquatic heritage. Supervising Producer James Tucker, who also created the Aquaman version on Batman: Brave and the Bold, had this to say: "We meet him at a low point in his life. He's a little bit lost. His father has died and he's always been an outsider, so the one person who had his back is now gone. When that Atlanteans instigate incidents to escalate a war with the surface world, he doesn't yet know who he is. As he discovers his true history he's going to have a lot of choices to make. It's definitely about him finding his own path."

Justice League: Throne of Atlantis is due for release in early 2015.
