Walt Flanagan Covers Chaos And Dynamite Forgot A Vampirella

Dynamite is continuing their new FOC (final order cutoff) retailer incentive program, this time with Chaos! #2. The initial orders for Chaos! #1 were very strong and at this point is just about sold out. We’re told that the advance re-orders for #2 have significantly increased when #1 hit the stands on Wednesday.

Like the previous FOC offer, this doesn’t force retailers to increase their orders to participate. Any retailer who maintains or increases their current orders of Chaos! #2 [any combination] can order as many Chaos! #2 Flanagan Rare Reorder Incentive Edition (featuring the artwork of Walter Flanagan, star of AMC‘s Comic Book Men and co-creator of Cryptozoic Man) as desired. This cover is being printed without an MSRP.

To help promote this cover, Flanagan and the rest of Kevin Smith’s Comic Book Men crew will go to social media and spread the word.

There is also a second Chaos! #2 incentive, but this is a Steampunk variant cover of Chaos! #1 that had been planned to be sold as a premium but is instead being offered to retailers. Any retailer who maintains or increases their current orders of Chaos! #2 [any combination] can order as many Chaos! #1 (OF 6) Sergio Davila Color Steampunk Wrap-Around Rare Reorder Incentive editions as desired. You can add this incentive to all of the existing incentives.

Also, Dynamite has let us know that the Vampirella #1 Subscription Variant by Stephanie Buscema was accidentally left off of the Order Form and that fans should ask their local retailers to order it for them?  It’s a really nice piece of art and just a shame that it was missed on the order form. More on it here.

FOC for both books is Monday May 12th.
