I think this behind the scenes featurette is the absolute pinnacle of the form. Really. And I almost wish there was going to be a six hour, Lord of the Rings style documentary on the Blu-ray that offers more of the same, but with a greater degree of insight. Could be done.

The Lego Movie will open in the US on February 7th. Here in the UK, there are screenings on the 8th and 9th and then it will open “properly” on the 14th.

There’s no way on this Earth I won’t have seen this by midnight on the 8th.
