Patrick Wilson and Alec Baldwin are about to get Caught Stealing in a new comedy/thriller Wayne Kramer will direct. Wilson plays a bartender who gets caught up in a treasure hunt with unsavory characters, one of whom is Baldwin’s sadistic cop. It’s based on the novel by Charlie Huston. [Deadline]

• Arya Stark is heading to the movies. Game of Thrones actress Maisie Williams has landed her first lead film role, in a “dreamlike” coming of age drama called The Falling along with fellow newcomer Florence Pugh and Monica Dolan, Greta Scacchi and Maxine Peake in supporting roles. Williams will play a young girl growing up in the 1960s at the center of a fainting epidemic. [THR]

• Another name you’ve never heard of has rounded out the cast of Matthew Vaughn’s comic book adaptation The Secret Service. The film will have to rely on the starpowers of Colin Firth and Samuel L. Jackson and the talents of young unknowns Taron Egerton, Sophie Cookson and new addition Sofia Boutella to tell its My Fair Lady meets James Bond story. Boutella will be a femme fatale antagonizing Egerton’s street-kid-turned-secret-agent working for his uncle (Firth). [Deadline]

• Indie horror coming of age tale It Follows has begun filming with Maika Monroe, Keir Gilchrist and Daniel Zovatto starring for David Robert Mitchell. This sounds like a rougher coming-of-age than the one Arya Stark goes through, and is described as “a terrifying coming-of-age nightmare about sex, love and the unseen horrors that follow us.” [Screen Daily]

• Financial thriller A Conspiracy on Jekyll Island – seemingly named for a real life conspiracy about a secret meeting between US Senators and Wall Street people in 1910 – will star Frank Grillo, Dianna Agron, Maggie Q, Minnie Driver, John Leguizamo and Ed Westwick. But this one definitely doesn’t take place in 1910 as it’s about a guy and a “team of misfits” who battle a cyber attack which threatens to collapse the world economy. [Variety]

• The benefits of dating Johnny Depp: He could give your little indie movie that no one really cared about before some heat. Amber Heard is starring in London Fields and since they’ve already been photographed holding hands all over the world, we don’t have to ask why Depp has agreed to do a small cameo in the futuristic murder mystery also starring Billy Bob Thornton, Jim Sturgess and Theo James.
