Len Strazewski And Paul Fricke Bring Back Terror Tots

In 1996, Len Strazewski ("Justice Society of America," "Prime") and Paul Fricke ("Trollords") began a new series called Terror Tots.  With the comics market entering a downturn, their tale of warrior monks reincarnated as suburban toddlers lasted one issue, with both Strazewski and Fricke leaving the world of monthly comics. 17 years later, Terror Tots is back and in color for the first time.  The Tots' initial battle against the also reincarnated Black Lama, The Monk and The Yak is available in digital formats through Aerbook Retail and will soon be available in print.

The first 50 customers purchasing a digital copy will receive a free print edition with a variant cover.

"The Tots are all about how there's more going on in a kid's world than their parents are sometimes aware," says artist Paul Fricke.  "That's something all kids can relate to. There aren't enough comics out there for younger readers, and this upgraded color Tots volume gives us a chance to connect with a new audience while doing what we love most – make comics."

"It's great to see my work with Paul Fricke back in distribution," says Terror Tots author Len Strazewski.  "The Terror Tots were a load of fun to create and Paul and I have lots more tales to tell, like our next one when the Tots face off with Dr. Kleever and the Mushroom Kids."

Aerbook Retail offers digital reading in several formats: Cloud Reader for browser-based reading;  KF8 downloads for the Kindle Fire; and ePub downloads for iBooks, Kobo and Google Play.  Aerbook Retail's downloads are DRM-free and let the user own their files.

"It's exciting to be part of the newest step in the evolution of comics distribution," explains Strazewski.  "So many great comics stories never had the opportunity to reach their broadest audience because of the economic burden of publication. Now the market will be magnified beyond belief."
