What Kind Of President Would Captain America Be?

Ah, spoiler warnings are pointless now.

In last week's Ultimates #15, Captain America became President of what is left of the Unites States of America. It was a.. rather odd move, and I'm still not sure it stands up politically., and smacks of voter fraud. But then, that's what I thought about George W Bush's election too. Moving on. The Ultimate Universe has the President it has… but what kind of President is he?

Remember, this is the Ultimate Captain America, far more of an interventionist neocon than the Marvel Universe FDR version, and has been described as Glenn Beck if he's worked out, instead of eating pizza. So, how does issue 16 pan out for the new man in charge?
