I'd Buy That For A Dollar – 136 Pages Of A New Digital Comics Magazine

I'd Buy That For A Dollar – 136 Pages Of A New Digital Comics MagazineChristopher Irving of Graphic NYC has released a new digital comic book today, The Drawn Word. And only $1 for the first 136 page issue (rising to $2 after that).

In a press release, he is quoted as saying "The Drawn Word is my chance to finally put my money where my mouth is—at least in terms of trying to raise the bar for publications about comics. It's also combines creator spotlight articles with peeks back into comics history, some original comics, and a few contributions from industry insiders."

Couldn't find it for download right now, but I expect it will be up later.

What I could find was the Dapper John App, a Eddie Cambell graphic novel, at 90% off. Normally $9.99/£6.99, it is currently 99c/69p. Any Eddie Campbell is a treat, Eddie Campbell at 90% off is even better.

I'm sure Christopher Irving would agree…
