Tuesday Trending Topics: Will Action Comics #1 Be Readily Available For $2.99 In September?Because that's the book I'd really, really like to see the line held on. But the weirdness of restarting 73+ year old titles aside — and who knows if DC would do that — reboots have been the talk of the town today. On an industry-wide level, they seem to happen in comics every 15 years or so. More or less. Within company superhero lines, they feel increasingly frequent, like those regular Windows service packs that you're never quite sure are doing any good or not. Sometimes, like in Crisis on Infinite Earths, they are memorable and interesting. Other times, less so.

But as @larrymarder reminded us in #comicmarket today. The most effective reboot of all time was instigated by the Flash. Will the post-Flashpoint world hold the same promise?

#comicmarket is an ongoing but mostly tuesday twitter hashtag for comic retailers, pros, and interested fans.  Book-specific talk was dominated by Flashpoint for the second straight week, and in particular the Art of the Reboot and just what might be happening in the DCU in September.  Will Booster Gold #44 — the only Flashpoint tie-in of the week — be the week's big book?
