Eric Canete Uses Kickstarter To Publish ENCOR[e]

Eric Canete is one of my favourite modern day comic book artists. His work is very viceral, having a sketchiness about it in structure, but a very solidified execution of that sketchiness. He creates a world with impossible angles, anatomy and perspective, but it's very consistent for all that.

And now he's turning to his fans to help funs the reprinting of ENCOR[e], an art books of his work in animation, comics and film, in a hardcover coffee table book, with Kickstarter.

First published as PREMIER[e] two years ago in a 100 copy print run, it has become impossible to find. Well. here's your chance with a more acheivable 1000 copy print run, and a $15,500 price tag for the whole run.

All donations get your name and city listed in the book, but donations of $10 and snag you a limited Eric Canete print, exclusive to this promotion.

So… who's in?
