First Official Blackbeard Image From Pirates Of The Caribbean 4

The Pirates of the Caribbean movies may have gotten a bit too convoluted for their own good, but that isn't stopping Disney from forging ahead with a fourth entry in the bankable franchise. With its May release date fast approaching, the buzz train is heating up and it continues today with a new official image from the film.
Courtesy of the movie's Facebook page comes our first glimpse at Blackbeard, the franchise's newly appointed villain who is in a race with Jack Sparrow to find the Fountain of Youth. If you ask me, the photo makes him look more annoyed than frightening, but given the whimsical nature of these films, he may not be meant to be scary.
