Lying In The Gutters – 8th November 2010

Lying In The Gutters – 8th November 2010Been a funny week one way or other. A lot of sickness, a lot of colds, a lot of Misfits. Hoping for a little more normality this week, and so far getting it.

From the Independent on Misfits;

The show has been dubbed, with some inevitably, "Skins meets Heroes". "Someone else came out with what I thought was a slightly better one, which was X-Men meets Trainspotting," says the show's creator and sole writer, Howard Overman

From the first published review of Misfits last year on Bleeding Cool;

I was expecting some kind of Skins meets Heroes affair. Something silly, possibly camp, low budget, reeking of desperation and a bit rubbish. This is so not Skins meets Heroes. It's Trainspotting meets X-Men.

So, what was everyone reading this week?
