How Long Before Wizard World Buys Middle East Comic Con?

In March next year, Abu Dhabi's National Exhibition Centre will be the first in the region to hold its own comic convention, for an expected audience of ten to fifteen thousand attendees.

Organised by ExtraCake PR, it's the brainchild  fans who see a massive gap in the market, now that stores are selling comics and anime in large numbers across the region.

Entitled the "The Middle East Film and Comic Convention, it's already attracting local film makers, comic creators and publishers and game developers – such at the people behind The 99, Levity – Xero Error Minus1 and Freej. But they will be relying on getting American guests to get the event a real profile.
