The First Comics Convention Of 2011 – In Arizona

Jimmy Jay, well known Californian comics dealer and publisher of a number of Rob Liefeld projects, is launching his own comics convention next year in Mesda, Arizona. Scheduled for Jaunary 8th-9th, it's very unlikely anyone will beat him to the first convention of 2011 – even though his tweets seem to indicate he thinks next year is 2010.

Guests so far include Rob Liefeld (of course), Jeph Loeb (Rob's Siamese twin), Robert Kirkman, Jon Layman, Mike Choi, Sonia Oback, Cory Walker and  Ryan Otterly.

So… when will Gareb Shamus stoop by with an offer that Jimmy can't refuse for his Amazing Arizona Comic Con?
