Marvel are giving away seven hundred issue ones of their comics, digitally, to everyone. Your first hit is free right now… but only until Tues the 12th. Can you download that many in that time?
But as I understand it, the plan being discussed is to cancel sixteen of the poorer performing titles in the New 52, and replace them with four weekly titles, one for the different families of Superman, Batman, Justice League and Green Lantern, with rotating creative teams.

You’ll be hearing a lot from Bryan Singer on Bleeding Cool today, and then again over the next couple of weeks. We met up a few weeks back and had a really fascinating chat, talking up a storm about Jack the Giant Slayer, about X-Men: Days of Future Past, and then also about a whole lot more besides.
Bryan Singer has amped up his Twitter teasing. This time, no names of new cast members – but a spread of headshots stuck to the wall.
Joss Whedon‘s ingenious take on Much Ado About Nothing played at the SXSW festival last night and there was a panel discussion afterwards. As you’d expect, the audience seemed to be having as much fun with the panel as they had with the film itself.
UPDATE: Coming Soon are saying that they have confirmation Alan Cumming won’t be in the film. They add nothing more, don’t have an exact quote and don’t reveal a source. Still, it’s the best info we have, and I have no reason to doubt it.
I asked Singer to clarify how much Millar will be contributing to Days of Future Past, even if this was in the most basic of consultancy roles, and he told me that Millar wasn’t any part of it - and that he didn’t even really know what Millar’s job with the studio is.
