Shade 06 - "Some of my best friends are sodomites..."

Not total expiation for the crapfest that was Cry Justice, but definitely a lurch in the right direction....

    Cheers

It really is hard to think that they both come from the same person.
Shade has been consistantly brilliant and #6 is no exception.

Seriously, if you are not reading and enjoying the literal Hel out of Journey into Mystery by now, I have nothing whatsoever to say to you beyond 'a gutteral belch of "Meh!"'

    Cheers

Frank Castle unleashing the Hulk on Daredevil, Spiderman and Wolverine at the end of Garth Ennis' second Punisher maxi-series was a hell of a moment.

AvX VS #1 was, I regret to announce, rather embarassingly enjoyable...

Also, FF #17, with some rather nice artwork from Nick Dragotta...

    Cheers

FF#17 looked and felt rather old school to me. And as such i loved it.

Yeah, there was a real Ditko vibe to some of those panels, yet still fitting in with modern styles...

Meanwhile, absolutely bloody gorgeous Deodato artwork on New Avengers 25 and from Renato Guedes in Secret Avengers 26 - with added green and white costuming!

Been a bit of a good week for art, methinks...

    Cheers

It`s all well and good you saying that here, but why are you not saying it over in the reviews section?

I have enough internal conflict over reviewing as a general exercise that I prefer to abstain. A generalised PTAASY for the Good Stuff works better for me.
